Your new role

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in supporting the planning and delivery of construction projects. Working alongside project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include managing documentation, coordinating procurement, tracking progress, and liaising with stakeholders to maintain compliance with New Zealand building codes and health and safety standards.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A qualification in a construction-related field
  • Experience in project coordination within the NZ construction industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of NZ consent processes and H&S regulations
  • A full, clean NZ driver's licence
