My client is working through an enterprise-wide transformation and a major part of that is moving critical systems into cloud environments. They are a large financial services organisation with complex technology requirements so need people who are adaptable and experienced with strong communication skills and collaborative instincts.

You will have extensive Project Coordination experience gained across multiple projects and teams which will include the banking sector. This is a highly organised and supportive environment and you will bring expert knowledge of delivery frameworks, project governance methodologies and financials. Working in an Agile environment you will have a focus on proactively identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and leading project coordination, governance, and logistics activity for the project
  • Implementing standard project management processes, tools, and procedures, and ensuring they are adhered to
  • Facilitating the management of project schedules, financials, reporting, communications, project documentation, RAIDs etc
  • Coordinating key project governance forums, documentation and management of various stakeholders
  • Proactively supporting project delivery activities using tools such as Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence, and PPM
