About the Role:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service while effectively supervising and supporting the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and delivering outstanding customer service experiences with every interaction
  • Make customers your top priority, answer questions with a friendly, empathetic approach
  • Queue management during busy periods to ensure smooth flow and happy guests
  • Take accurate orders with attention to detail and a personal approach
  • Serve food and drinks promptly
  • Respond to customer requests quickly, exceeding expectations
  • Basic food handling
  • Lead by example and supervisor the team
  • Providing a welcoming and fun atmosphere
  • Adhering to the Food Control Plan
  • Adhering to Health and Safety polices and standards

Requirements:

  • LCQ/Duty Managers Certificate
  • Must be available to work morning & afternoon shifts on a rotating roster
  • Work full time hours, 40 hours per week
  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Friendly and a can do attitude
