Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a team player to assist the general manager & lead the front of house operations. Also some one that can show maturity and problem solve when necessary.
During the Summer months it is mainly the accommodation side. During the winter months we open our food / beverage & we have a lot of snow package bookings through our parent company Oz Snow. Which we support with airport pick ups, onsite ski hire, groups dinners, general advice & hosting.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Lead and supervise reception and housekeeping team during shifts; act as duty manager when required
- Deliver guest service, manage guest expectations, handle escalations professionally
- Coordinate floor, bar, and host operations for smooth service flow
- Train, coach, and onboard new team members; maintain service standards
- Check rooms are up to standard prior to customer Check Ins
- Support end-of-day reports, and stock/ordering checks
- Support rostering and weekly reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standard
Onsite discounted accommodation can be included as part of the salary package and the property is only 10 minute walk into the Queenstown CBD.
Minimum 2 years of hotel / hospitality supervisory or similar experience required
This is a full time year round position on offer
