About: Based in beautiful Queenstown where fun and adventure exists all year round, Fergburger started as a hole in a wall down a hard to find alley in 2001. Our focus was on our customers and ensuring they have the best experience & providing the highest quality of food - something we still take pride in today. Fergburger proved to be extremely popular with the locals and tourists, so from 2011 Fergbaker was born and since then we have gone on to open Mrs Ferg Gelateria and most recently Ferg's Bar. Ferg has become a must do when visiting Queenstown. If you're new to town and not sure where to find us, come and visit Shotover Street and you will not be able to miss us

About the Role:

Your mission is to deliver the best customer service by putting the customer first and ensuring they have the best experience while visiting our Ferg stores.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and delivering outstanding customer service experiences with every interaction
  • Queue organisation during busy times
  • Taking orders
  • Delivering food and beverage items
  • Satisfying customer requests in a timely manner
  • Basic food handling
  • Preparing coffees, juice's, smoothies
  • Displaying of food items and keep the cabinets clean and organised
  • Providing a welcoming and fun atmosphere
  • Adhering to the Food Control Plan
  • Adhering to Health and Safety polices and standards

Requirements:

  • Must be available to work a range of different shifts (morning, afternoon & evening) on a rotating roster
  • Work full time hours
  • Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Friendly and a can do attitude
