About the Role:

Our Front of House Busser provides support to our Front of House staff in both our dining room and bar. Duties will include:

  • Clearing tables and glasses.
  • Cleaning and polishing cutlery and glasses. 
  • Resetting tables
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the dining and bar areas including floors and surfaces, and cleaning up spills
  • Setting up and restocking all necessary supplies, such as silverware and glassware. 

About You

  • A great team-player approach with the passion and hunger to become knowledgeable on NZ food, wine and service
  • Hospitality experience in a fast-paced or premium dining environment would be advantageous
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and committed to quality
  • Happy to assist with other duties/tasks that add to a smooth service
  • Punctuality and flexibility to work shifts that match the business needs, including weekends and holidays
