College Part-Time Receptionist
We are seeking an organised, pro-active Receptionist to provide professional front-of-house service and comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient running of College operations, communications, events and community engagement.
The role is part-time for three days (we are flexible around which half of the week this is) for 24 hours per week. The role is part of a special fixed-term project around a job-sizing exercise, lasting 22 weeks in total from 12 January to 3 July 2026 excluding College vacation periods.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a school environment, liaising with students, staff and parents as well as contracted trade-staff, tour guides and visitors to campus. We are looking for someone with a friendly and helpful disposition with sound interpersonal skills.
