The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be one of the first friendly faces our clients meet. Based in our Pyes Pa clinic, you'll provide exceptional customer service by welcoming patients, checking them in, managing calls, and booking appointments efficiently. You'll also support the team with a range of administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Hours:

  • Monday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Tuesday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am-6:00pm

    There may also be opportunities to pick up additional casual shifts.

You're professional, positive, and passionate about helping people. You thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and know how to stay organised under pressure. You take pride in your attention to detail and enjoy being part of a team that makes a difference every day.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and confident phone manner
  • Strong computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
  • Previous experience with Gensolve Practice Management System (advantageous but not essential – training provided)
  • A full driver's licence
