**We have an opening in our busy medical centre. This is a permanent part time position working 32 hours across Monday to Friday.**

The receptionist's main purpose is to provide a welcoming face for the organisation and provide excellent customer care to our patients and their family.

**Position Overview**:
Receptionist role reporting to the Reception Team Lead, responsible for a variety of tasks including patient greetings, check-ins, phone handling, appointment scheduling, invoicing, clerical duties, and cash handling in a busy environment.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Experience in administration and team collaboration, coupled with a professional demeanor, excellent customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a penchant for diverse work environments.
- Exposure to MedTech Evolution is beneficial; training available if required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

The successful applicant will be flexible with hours, methodical with a systems orientation, and have a good head for numbers as well as good people skills. Previous medical centre receptionist experience is preferred. Experience with Medtech Evolution is an advantage.

Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
