Accent on Skin is a well-known and respected boutique cosmetic medicine clinic located in the Wellington CBD.  The clinic was established in 2014 and boasts an outstanding reputation as a leading provider of safe, effective, non-surgical cosmetic treatments.  This reputation has been earned through years of honesty and applied expertise. 

For Accent on Skin, we are now looking for a customer-focused, detail-orientated receptionist to be the first point of contact for their wonderful clients.  You will be working with their close-knit, leading team of fully qualified, registered nurses who are highly experienced in each of the treatments they provide. 

As the Receptionist, you will contribute to and encourage a friendly and welcoming environment, while delivering effective, efficient, and proactive reception and administration services which enhance the day-to-day operation of the Accent on Skin business.

You will be responsible for the management and oversight of reception, including greeting clients, handling deliveries, and ensuring the health and safety site conditions for clients are met. To be successful in this role, you will be a 'people person' with strong customer service skills, who is able to engage with people naturally, and genuinely. 

We are looking for a positive and passionate individual who has:

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and the ability to quickly learn clinic-specific software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • A positive, professional, and empathetic attitude.
  • Experience working within a medical environment would be of value.
