About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role sits at the heart of our growth strategy. You'll own our digital presence, lead our events programme across both investor and lending audiences, and create content that tells our story and builds trust.

It's a hands-on role in a small team – you'll plan, create, execute and report, often juggling multiple projects and deadlines. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and key partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and optimise the company website to deliver a great client experience.
  • Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies that build brand presence and support growth targets.
  • Lead the events programme for both investor and lending audiences.
  • Develop and execute content strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Use data and analytics (e.g. GA4, Meta Insights) to track performance, report results, and drive continuous improvement.

About you

You will be naturally curious and possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
  • Proficiency with marketing tools including marketing automation platforms
  • Good knowledge of the social media landscape and SEO
  • Skilled in delivering events from concept to completion incl. promotion, logistics, execution and wrap-up
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and work proactively within a small team
  • Good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
  • Ability to provide post-evaluation of marketing campaigns on a measure/learn/refine basis
