What You'll Do
  • Grow Our Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities across engineering, fabrication, and construction industries.
  • Build Relationships: Develop lasting partnerships with clients — understanding their needs and becoming their trusted go-to contact.
  • Create Impact: Prepare and present proposals that highlight DS Engineering's capabilities and deliver real value.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate & Win: Work closely with our technical and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

What You'll Bring
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in sales (ideally in engineering, fabrication, or construction).
  • A Strategic Mindset: Strong commercial understanding and an ability to think ahead.
