Who you'll be working for

Devcich&Co is a brand and marketing agency based in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, New Zealand. We specialise in brand design and strategy, web design & development, all things print & digital as well as marketing and comms projects. We also dabble in a bit of videography and photography for our clients. We're a small in-house team, supported by a network of collaborators (let's call them our extended family ;))

What you'll be doing

  • Create, manage, and monitor multi-channel digital campaigns (social, display, search, video)
  • Analyse and report on performance data (social, email, website etc.)
  • Craft engaging copy for EDMs, social media, websites, and campaign assets
  • Optimise campaigns through A/B testing and ongoing performance tweaks
  • Support with content planning and scheduling across platforms
  • Media buying and budgeting
  • Responsibility for our self promotion (social, EDMs, etc.)

What you'll bring to the table

We're looking for someone motivated, detail focussed and comfortable juggling multiple projects with ease. You'll have;

  • 3+ years' minimum experience in an in-house marketing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising platforms
  • Proven experience managing campaigns via Meta Business Suite (Ads Manager, pixels, audiences)
  • Confidence with Google Analytics, reporting, and data insights
  • Sharp copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling across different brands and formats
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • A proactive, curious mindset - always looking for ways to improve and learn

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, or marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with WordPress or Webflow
  • Experience in reporting or analytics via Excel
