Are you a highly organised administrator with a passion for customer service, looking for a flexible part role?

We are seeking an organised Part-Time Administrator to join a small, professional Wellington-based membership organisation dedicated to supporting professionals in the health sector.

About The Role

  • A temporary part-time position of 25 hours per week, immediate start to 24th December 2025
  • An hourly rate between $30 and $35 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, within a generous window of 7:30am to 6:00pm.
  • Onsite role located in Wellington Central
  • A supportive, small-team structure reporting to a lovely, relaxed manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Customer Service: Processing orders received via phone, email, and the website.
  • Customer Engagement: Answering inbound calls, responding to product queries, providing quotes, and resolving customer issues.
  • Supplier & Logistics: Engaging with key suppliers to manage the dropship process and placing orders.
  • Financial Administration: Issuing customer invoices (Accounts Receivable)
  • Stock Management: Ordering, receipting, and performing stocktakes of on-site stock, as well as packing and dispatching orders.

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who is comfortable and effective operating via telephone and email.
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Experience in a telephone-based customer service environment.
  • A quick learner who can efficiently pick up new systems and applications.
  • Able to perform effectively as part of a small professional team as well as develop and maintain effective relationships.
