The role

Oceania Waterford premium retirement village in Hobsonville Point is looking for a full time energetic and experienced Administrator to join their dedicated operations team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering an exceptional experience for all residents and guests
  • Taking ownership of administrative functions
  • Ensuring the smooth running of operations and service delivery
  • Delivering professional customer service and administrative assistance in a style that brings calm to a busy environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer facing or similar position
  • Experience with payroll and accounts payable, petty cash and suppliers
  • Experience managing administration systems
  • Excellent computer skills with the Microsoft suite
  • An ability to resolve issues/complaints efficiently and escalate as required
  • Experience answering and directing general enquiries regarding sales, accounts and services
  • Self-motivated, can work autonomously and be detail orientated
  • An understanding of Health and Safety
  • Reliable, with an approachable, friendly nature, as you will have interactions with our residents, visitors, staff and external contractors
  • Great organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work within a high performing operations team
