**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Porter, to provide resident support at Keith Park Retirement Village in Hobsonville, Auckland.

This is a fixed term position working the hours below:

- Monday 430pm - 11pm
- Tuesday 11pm - 830am
- Thursday 430pm - 11pm
- Friday 11pm - 830am
- Saturday 11pm - 830am

In this role you will often be working independently to:

- Welcome all visitors and new independent residents and provide assistance and direction as necessary
- Help settle residents into their new homes
- Managing resident enquiries, and covering reception.
- Be responsible for answering emergency call bells 24/24 of our independent residents
- Providing first aid, or calling emergency services as required.
- General cleaning and administration duties
- Assist at Open Days and functions for visitors, residents and families to the village
- Work closely with, and support your colleagues.
