Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a well-maintained, medium-sized property portfolio
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and coordinate maintenance
• Provide outstanding service with clear and regular communication
• Meet team KPIs while ensuring exceptional care for both landlords and tenants

About You:

• Experienced in New Zealand property management
• Skilled in building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Independent, solution-focused, and quick to make sound decisions
• Familiarity with Palace, Renti, or Tapi software (an advantage but not essential)
• A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset
• Ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
