What you'll be doing:
- Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost-effective repairs.
- Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality.
- Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity.
- Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners.
- Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience.
- Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating.
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with confidence using computers.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Valid driver's license.
