What you'll be doing:

• Masterfully assessing vehicle damage to ensure safe, cost-effective repairs.
• Conducting post-repair inspections to guarantee top quality.
• Delivering expert advice via phone and face-to-face, providing customers with care and clarity.
• Writing precise reports, negotiating repair costs, and working with repair partners.
• Collaborating with a passionate team to solve challenges and enhance customer experience.
• Helping us uphold high standards that protect customers and keep the business thriving.

What you'll bring to the team:

• Trade qualification in motor body repair industry (Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter or Motor Mechanic and up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Sound experience in writing quotes and estimating.
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with confidence using computers.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Valid driver's license.
