Job Opportunity: Administration Assistant in Taranaki

At I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.

Our clinics in Taranaki are currently seeking an Administration Assistantto join the team.

The role is a part-time position working between 8am-6pm. You will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and other customers.

Role Overview:

  • As an Administration Assistant you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.

  • Answering phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.

  • Ensuring smooth clinic operations during our 8 AM to 6 PM business hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

  • Medical administration background preferred but not essential
