**Financial Administrator/Process Improvement Coordinator**

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Financial Administrator/Process Improvement Coordinator to join our Citycare Water team based in Auckland to help achieve our business goals.

This role offers a variety and challenges and we are looking for someone who is a highly motivated, proactive, with a strong contracts administration background (ideally in construction or infrastructure services) to join us. You will be successful in this role because you pride yourself on your high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple high-level tasks.

The role will be responsible for:

- Support Supplier Invoice payment processing in line with the company Delegated Authorities.
- Assist in supplier statement reconciliation.
- Ensure Timesheet sign-off is accurate, appropriate with GPS data
- Assist in stock management to enable accurate and timely processing
- Review P card, Fuel card spend against usage, escalating anomalies
- Assist with the preparation and completion of the with month end reports
- Manage claim queries
- Review existing processes within the business to find opportunities for improved efficiency/ productivity
- Work with other support functions to find and implement 'quick wins' - easy changes that can be made to improve efficiency
- Explore new technology and processes that may lead to increased operational efficiency - taking into account other technology projects that may be underway (e.g. Evolve)
- Make recommendations for improved processes/ systems to the Regional Manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years' administration experience, preferably as a contract Financial administrator working in a contracting related industry.
- Business diploma
- experience working alongside operational teams
- Experience in ERP system, Pronto Xi 750 would be beneficial
- Microsoft Office experience. Excel will be one of your many strengths, with proven ability with formulas, pivots and other tools.
- You must be able to prioritise your workload and partner effectively with all levels of the business.
