Te whiwhinga mahi - Our opportunity

In this position, you will provide specialist advice and support in the management of contracts, including maintenance agreements, national suppliers, and compliance partners. You will ensure statutory compliance and maintain accurate documentation processes that meet operational and legislative requirements.

A key responsibility is overseeing compliance activities such as Building Warrants of Fitness (BWOFs), fire evacuation procedures, and other statutory obligations. Additionally, you will monitor contract performance, analyse performance data, and engage with stakeholders to ensure service delivery standards are met.

Ng pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring

  • Experience in contract management, documentation management or property management.
  • Current Full drivers licence.
  • Some knowledge and experience dealing with the construction contracting market.
  • Experience working in a service delivery environment with customer focused approaches
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Computer literate in MS suite of products, advanced Excel skills is desirable
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent people skills - building relationships across the organisation; engaging with others.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
