Our client is on the hunt for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team, our client is a leading Christchurch based contractor specialising in Earthworks, Subdivisions and Civil Construction.
**The Role**
Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced contract administrator to join their team, this is a full-time position, based in the Cashmere area.
You will be responsible for providing quality administration and contract support. A small part of this role (around 15 hours per week) would be made up of health and safety administration.
You will be responsible for a range of responsibilities including,
- Document control
- Trade pricing
- Analysis of trade pricing
- Setting up Sub-contactors in CRM
- Administration and compliance around sub-contractors
- Ensuring daily toolbox meetings are completed
- Managing the H&S system (the reporting system is BWARE)
- Incident reporting and entering
- Other ad-hoc administration and data entry tasks as and when required.
