About the Opportunity:We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team based in Tauranga on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in digital marketing who is ready to put their skills into practice in a dynamic and growing business. Working closely with our General Manager - Sales, you'll be responsible for content creation, advertising, and managing our website and social media presence – all with the goal of maximising brand awareness and marketing effectiveness across the NZWindows Group.

This role is part-time, working 24 hours per week (three days), and is based at our Koromiko Street site. The expected start date is 12 January 2026, with the fixed-term ending on 30 November 2026. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent position once the fixed-term concludes.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate new campaign ideas
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills - you will have multiple projects on the go
  • Quick to learn new technology and tools
  • A passion for brand storytelling and engaging digital content

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the NZWindows website (blogs, projects, careers, contact info, etc.)
  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content for digital platforms
  • Administer and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Develop and implement social media ad campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
  • Design print and digital marketing materials (signage, flyers, ads, business cards, etc.)
  • Produce a monthly internal staff newsletter using Mailchimp
  • Maintain and manage the NZWindows photo and media library
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure brand consistency
