About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing activity while supporting the full sales workflow.

This is a varied and dynamic position that blends content creation, campaign execution, lead follow-ups, quote support, and CRM coordination. You'll use smart tools, including AI, to streamline how the business promotes its brand and engages with clients.

You'll be the glue that connects marketing and sales, keeping things visible, consistent, and on track.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive marketing content across LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, and more
  • Manage the sales pipeline via Pipedrive - enter leads, follow up quotes, prompt action
  • Prepare sales quotes and help create polished proposals and supporting documents
  • Book meetings and manage diaries for sales and technical staff
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Pipedrive AI) to work smarter and faster
  • Keep websites and digital content fresh, accurate, and on-brand
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and client communications
  • Support CRM and systems integrations between Pipedrive, Microsoft 365, and others
Requirements
