This is a well-established role that's ready for someone confident and imaginative to make it their own. You'll have the freedom to bring fresh ideas, take initiative, and keep our communication flowing beautifully between our team, clients, and wider community.

You'll also work alongside management to design new initiatives that strengthen our brand and enhance client engagement — from community campaigns to clinic promotions and everything in between.

We're after someone experienced, organised, and bursting with initiative — someone who can work independently, collaborate effortlessly, and add a touch of heart and creativity to everything they do.

A love for animals (or experience in the veterinary world) is a big bonus — and if you're a superstar, we'd love to hear from you


What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and our websites
  • Managing our websites (WordPress) and Google Business Pages
  • Designing signage, posters, and promotions using Canva
  • Coordinating client communications and internal staff updates
  • Sharing the amazing stories and heart of our clinics

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a creative role
  • A confident communicator with strong writing and design skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Collaborative yet self-motivated — happy working solo or in a team
  • Skilled in Canva, Mailchimp, social media, and ideally WordPress
  • Passionate about animals and positive community impact
