We're a leading commercial digital print business based in Mount Eden, Auckland, and we're on the hunt for a Sales Superstar to join our growing team as a Sales – Account Manager.

About the Role:

In this newly created role, you'll support and work alongside our Sales Team Leader to manage and grow customer relationships, ensure smooth order processing, and contribute to hitting sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Processing jobs in a timely and precise manner.
  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Coordinating with production to meet client expectations on time and to spec.
  • Supporting the wider sales team as needed.

What You Bring:

  • A genuine interest in growing your career in sales.
  • Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and Email are second nature to you.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • A motivated, can-do attitude and the drive to succeed.
  • Superb time management and attention to detail.
