Looking for a meaningful role where people come first? We're seeking a warm, customer-focused Village Sales Manager to support prospective residents and their families at Greenview Park Retirement Village in Glen Eden.

About the Role

As the Village Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for those exploring a move into our retirement community. This role is about building relationships, not meeting quotas. You'll manage the end-to-end sales process for our 72 independent villas and serviced apartments.

This role offers flexibility with part-time hours available for the right person.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stability, balance, and the chance to make a difference—whether you're early in your career, returning to work, or bringing previous real estate or community engagement experience to a more personal role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective residents and families with empathy and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships through community engagement, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
  • Coordinate open homes, maintain show home presentation
  • Manage leads and referrals from our database and community connections
  • Liaise with real estate agents to support residents transitioning to the village
  • Keep accurate and timely records of enquiries and progress

About You

You're a people person with excellent communication skills, and ideally have experience in residential property, retirement living or a related customer-facing role. Most importantly, you take a genuine, consultative approach and enjoy supporting others through important life decisions.

You're also:

  • Proactive and able to work independently but enjoy being part of a team
  • Warm, approachable and confident engaging with older adults
  • Familiar with the Glen Eden/West Auckland area (a bonus) with
  • Strong organisational skills and self-motivation are important, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
