About the role:

The Marketing Specialist will execute our digital marketing strategy, support our brand positioning within the NZ and Pacific commercial solar market.

  • Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management will directly support our growth objectives, drive lead generation and enhance market visibility.
  • Your work will be closely aligned with the Business Development team, supporting & creating B2B opportunities that meet our strategic goals.

This role would suit a creative and detailed-oriented marketing professional who enjoys working across a range of marketing functions and has a keen interest in renewable energy.

Key tasks include:

  • Brand Guardianship & Market Positioning
  • Enhancement of Market Visibility
  • Digital Advertising & Lead Generation:
  • Sales Enablement
  • Content Creation & Communications
  • Marketing Project Delivery

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing for B2B. Ideally, both inbound and outbound activity.
  • Proven track record in digital advertising, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Experience in using digital marketing tools optimising search results & marketing automation - web, advertising, socials & AI.
  • Copywriting, design and content creation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a resource constrained, high growth environment. Scaling stage business where priorities may change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
