We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Blenheim Branch team  

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this key position is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the entire distribution and fleet teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in staff and operations management, recruitment, process planning, cost control and health and safety, with extensive experience in the courier/logistics industry.

Our team and values-driven culture is important to us and as such, a key driver will be to foster and enhance our culture and ensure our people grow through succession planning within the operation team and wider group.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.00am till 5.00pm
