Being Tairwhitis only registered food bank, SuperGrans operate a fast paced but effective work environment with a focus on creating kai that is healthy and cost effective. An exciting opportunity has surfaced for an operational whiz to join their growing team to oversee the companys day-to-day internal operations.
**About the role |M te tranga**
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the glue that holds it all together and will be responsible for ensuring all operations within the business are consistently operating at their best Being an active leader is vital for this role as you will be across all aspects of internal operations and service/ product delivery.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Drafting and submitting monthly operational reports to the SuperGrans General Manager
- Monthly monitoring of legislative policy changes and provide updates to the General Manager
- Review, update and submit charitable status documentation
- Oversee and sign off for funding contracts
- Lead all projects (primarily the Kitchen Project) delivery plans and outcomes and other projects where requested
- Oversee the SuperGrans Tairawhiti Trust Health and Safety system
If youre someone who can work with flexibility, have a get it done attitude, are a people person and can confidently (but respectfully) challenge procedures and processes to benefit business, then this could be a great opportunity for you

Essential skills and experience you will need to stand out will include:
