Reporting directly to the NZ Country Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering truly AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales excellence across your region. WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A REGIONAL MANAGER

  • Sales Leadership: Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.
  • Team Development: Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Induction: Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes.
  • High-Energy Culture: Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in regional management, preferably with a medium to large retailer.
  • Strong selling skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent people management and visual merchandising skills.
  • Positive, solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Adaptable and self-aware, able to drive business initiatives.
