The Regional Field Sales Manager (RFSM) plays a vital role in driving Red Bull's success by building and leading a high-performing team within the Impulse and Retail channels. Responsible for consistently exceeding sales targets and budgets across their regional territory, the RFSM ensures our products are always visible, available, and executed to the highest standard. By mentoring, coaching, and inspiring their field team, the RFSM fosters a culture of excellence that delivers outstanding results. This role also involves managing key accounts, developing strategic sales plans, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with Red Bull's goals and long-term vision.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
SALES MANAGEMENT
Transform national and regional sales strategies into actionable regional plans that deliver results. Coach and empower Regional Account Executives and Strikers to execute sales plans with excellence. Provide feedback and innovative ideas to enhance local initiatives. Drive volume growth by maximizing product visibility and availability in key accounts. Optimize journey plans for efficient coverage and impactful call frequency. Execute high-impact blitzes and promotions to boost sales performance. Ensure stores meet "Perfect Store" standards, showcasing Red Bull's iconic presence. Equip the team with tools and processes to hit targets and improve efficiency. Deliver concise, actionable reports to keep stakeholders informed.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
Build strong relationships with Distribution Partner Managers, branches, and Trade Marketing teams. Strengthen partnerships across Retail, Liquor, Drug Stores, and Gas & Convenience channels to grow market presence Collaborate with suppliers to achieve sales goals and streamline execution. Quickly resolve customer service issues, ensuring a seamless experience. Consistently deliver Red Bull's standards and strategies across all accounts. Manage stock and infrastructure budgets efficiently to align with business goals.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Set clear KPIs alongside the Category team, Key Account Managers, and National Field Sales Manager. Use data to track performance and guide in-store activations. Spend 2–3 days weekly in the field to coach, monitor, and inspire Regional Account Executives and Strikers. Lead by example to foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular in-person training sessions and monthly virtual training to build skills and confidence. Enforce consistent execution through Red Bull sales approaches. Define ambitious goals and personalized development plans for each team member, with regular performance reviews to align on progress and objectives. Identify high performers, develop succession plans, and mentor team members for career growth. Host regular team meetings to align, inspire, and drive performance, while refining tools and metrics to maximize results. Play an active role in recruiting, onboarding, and integrating new team members.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG.
  • Proven experience as a Territory Manager, Regional Account Executive, or in a similar role within FMCG.
  • Demonstrated success in leading a sales team (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and has team-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with management reporting and budget control (preferred).
  • Confident and skilled in presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain "best practice" initiatives.
  • Ability to set, evaluate, and monitor team KPIs effectively (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously, and a strong contributor to a national team.
  • High operational and execution standards with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong focus on delivering results and managing expectations.
  • Active commitment to personal development and fostering team growth.
