Property Management Administrator – Fixed Term (12 months Maternity Cover)

This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave (12 months). For the right person, there may be opportunities to stay on in another role at the end of the contract - we love to promote from within.

This is more than just a front desk role - you'll be the first face people see, the calm voice on the phones, and the person who keeps our busy office running smoothly. For the right person, this fixed-term role could even open doors to a long-term career with us.

What you'll do
  • Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage calls, emails, calendars, couriers, and all things front desk
  • Support our Property Managers with admin tasks that really matter
  • Keep the office organised and running like clockwork
What you'll bring
  • Previous admin or reception experience (property/real estate a bonus)
  • A welcoming, professional communication style
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a busy office day
  • A proactive approach – you spot what needs doing and make it happen
