HEB Construction is a dynamic and innovative leader in the construction of New Zealand's Infrastructure. We are involved with a variety of projects from road construction and maintenance through to earthworks, drainage, marine works, and major projects of national significance.

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for the Bledisloe North Wharf project we are currently undertaking for The Port of Auckland.

In this role, you will provide administrative and commercial support across a range of functions, ensuring the project operates smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Your exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail will be essential for accurately capturing and managing information in a timely manner. You'll also handle confidential material with discretion, actively supporting a high-performing project management team.

About you

Our ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar administrative or support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to produce reports, correspondence, and solutions
