About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef (Fixed Term) to lead our kitchen from Monday 23 December 2025 to Monday 20 January 2026 while our Head Chef is on annual leave.

You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality and presentation standards, and support a small, capable team. You must be able to work the exact below roster pattern:

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

Hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm

  • Proven experience as a senior Chef, or similar leadership role
  • Strong kitchen management and food safety skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently during the fixed-term period
  • A calm, positive attitude and genuine passion for food and people
  • Must live in, or be comfortable commuting to, West Auckland
