About Us

Pitcaithly Body Corporate Services Limited has over 20 years' experience managing residential, commercial, and mixed-use Body Corporate complexes across Christchurch and the South Island. Our mission is simple: protect and enhance the value of the properties we manage through expert advice, efficient maintenance, and hands-on service.

The Role

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee contractors, coordinate maintenance, and ensure our complexes operate smoothly. Every day is different — from on-site problem solving to budgeting and supplier management — and your work will directly impact the quality and safety of the buildings we manage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance across multiple complexes.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security standards.
  • Plan, document, and deliver tasks on time and within budget.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts for value and performance.
  • Prepare and review reports and documentation to a high standard.
  • Scheduling Building Warrant of Fitness inspections and ensuring compliance.

  • Great communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A practical, hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
  • Some construction/project management experience preferred
