About the Role

As the Finance lead you'll take ownership of all financial management and reporting for this major programme.

You'll oversee the full spectrum of project financials — from forecasting and month-end reporting through to cost modelling, governance, and stakeholder engagement. You'll partner with senior leaders to ensure accurate reporting, clear visibility of financial impacts, and sound commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all programme financials
  • Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and presentations
  • Prepare cost models, budgets, and funding requests for senior approval
  • Drive governance and control over project purchase orders, expenses, and payments
  • Partner with business units to track, analyse, and communicate financial impacts
  • Support leadership with insights and recommendations to guide financial decision-making

About You:

You're an experienced finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments. You bring a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' relevant commercial or industry experience
  • Exposure to M&A, large scale projects or divestments will be critical.
  • Financial Services exposure and excellent systems skills
  • Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical and reporting capability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CA/CPA/CIMA qualification (or equivalent) preferred
