Your Opportunity:

- This is a serious cool role leading and managing our delivery technical training team who are responsible for enhancing the capability of all FNZ technical staff. Our world-class FNZ training academy is focused on developing and rolling out technical training, knowledge development and skills competency for our internal Analyst Developer and Analyst Tester communities, investing in the personal development of our people and enabling them to reach their full potential.
- Working within the Global Talent team, the role will see you leading and managing the team as well as engaging with key stakeholders across the business including regional training managers, senior business management, SMEs within our delivery function and executives up to CE level.

Are you someone who...- Is experience at managing individuals and teams within a technology setting-
- Has experience working across technical training activities-
- Possess’ experience in project delivery and programme management-
- Understands programming languages and web development/services-
- Has a familiarity with financial products and markets (preferably)-
