You will be comfortable working within a fast paced, diverse and international environment, with proven experience of delivering change and ROI through management development strategies.

Organisational Design

Due to the global reach of this role, we are able to consider remote/hybrid working. This role can be based in anyone of our global locations across: North America (incl. Canada), UK/Europe, APAC.

As part of FNZ’s Group Talent function - This role will benefit from reporting into the Global Head of Leadership Development, working alongside the FNZ Academy, Operational Training, Regulatory Training and our Regional Training & Development teams.

The role will work closely with people and process managers as well as aspiring managers across the group business in partnership with HRBP’s.

There is global reach across APAC, Europe/UK, NA and soon branching out across Africa and India.

Specific Role Responsibilities
- Aligned to the overall Talent Strategy, contribute to the design and delivery of a suite of development offerings first line managers. Ensure content is aligned to competency frameworks and developed in line with organisational need
- Continuously develop and strengthen our management development learning offering by finding new ways to deliver learning and create relevant learning paths in close collaboration with the Talent team, business leaders and managers
- Bring design briefs to life with designing programmes and initiatives to support aspiring leaders to develop the knowledge and skills required to step up to managerial roles
- Own the planning and delivery of manager and aspiring manager activities incorporating a variety of learning methodologies aligned to a high-performance culture
- Support the planning and delivery of Leadership & Management Development programmes and interventions, liaising with internal stakeholders incl. HR, delegates, managers, travel, finance and brand
- Maintain established relationships with external partners and suppliers to deliver on FNZ’s learning needs
- Maintain data and MI on development plans, and manager, and aspiring manager events and activities. Demonstrrate business impact / ROI
- Ensuring all budget requests demonstrate a ROI assessment before processing through procurement and finance
- Lead on ensuring best use of our LMS by delivering and maintaining engaging learning content that is accessible by all employees

Success Measures
- Design and roll out of manager and aspiring manager content that is in line with the overall Talent Strategy and aligns with competency frameworks and our Values
- Retention, promotion and career progression of our managers and aspiring managers
- Evidenced behaviour change, business impact, performance scorecard results & ROI (utilising Employee Engagement scores
- Accelerated business activities and talent decisions utilising leadership and management development data and MI

Experience Required
- Working within a fast paced international environment, with proven experience of working across multiple cultures and languages
- Passionate about, and comfortable being an ambassador for leading transformation to becoming a learning organisation
- Demonstrated engagement, change and ROI through the implementation of blended learning content
- Knowledge of diversity & inclusion and unconscious bias in management development
- Building learning content using the full learning cycle complimented with a solid understanding of core management development theories
- Experience with facilitating and delivering blended learning solutions across emerging digital technologies and LMS platforms
- Proven project management experience with strong prioritisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; ability to strategically influence
- Effectively managing multiple priorities and expectations in accordance with business and department needs
- Ability to work independently whilst supporting and drawing on resources across the wider department
