- Strong administrative and coordination skills

- Excellent communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience managing budgets, invoices, and reporting
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
- Familiarity with health & safety systems (preferred)

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

As the Health & Safety Team Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Health & Safety team, helping to maintain systems, track incidents, manage reporting, and coordinate training. You'll be responsible for:

- Maintaining the Health & Safety Management System
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and training sessions
- Managing invoices, reimbursements, and expenses
- Supporting data collation and reporting for KPIs and leadership updates
- Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date and accurate

This is a key role that helps ensure our health and safety operations run smoothly and meet high standards.
