We’re seeking the support of a positive and proactive Health, Safety and Risk Coordinator to join our Wellington team in a part time, permanent position 15-20 hours per week (the days and hours you work can be negotiated).
**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
In this role, you will support our organisation to create a positive safety culture and promote the health of our employees, while reducing risk.
The Health, Safety, and Risk Coordinator will manage our digital platforms, and support with stakeholder engagement and reporting. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that Whānau Āwhina Plunket teams are compliant with health and safety policies and procedures.
Our small team will be committed to ensuring you have opportunities to grow your health, safety and risk knowledge & skillset in a supportive and inclusive environment.
**He kōrero mōu | About you**
Your previous administrative experience supporting a team, along with your naturally inquisitive nature, will ensure you are able to quickly pick things up and hit the ground running.
We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, has a positive attitude, and is committed to making a difference. You will have the ability to quickly develop strong relationships, strong problem solving skills, experience in report writing and a desire to learn and develop.
