Coordinator, Health Safety & Wellbeing

**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**:
As the Coordinator in MPI's Health, Safety and Wellbeing Directorate, you will work alongside the Health Safety & Wellbeing Team providing administrative support and coordination to assist MPI operate a best practice health and safety environment. You will maintain oversight of the health, safety and wellbeing inboxes and assist in the triaging and allocation of tasks relating to incident reports. You will provide administration of document control systems, protocols, and procedures, investigate minor incidents and participate in hazard identification and risk reviews.

You will be someone who has energy, passion and ideas. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to carry a discussion and lead engagement. You will be a person of exceptional character who can stand up as a role model to others with pride and confidence that comes from their own mana and a belief in MPI.
You will have a natural ability to solve problems, derive solutions and deliver success. You will need a sense of humour and while taking the role seriously not forget the realities of engagement. You will have tenacity and a personality that doesn't give up or get beaten down.

- Health, safety and wellbeing
- Experience in systems reporting and management
- Data analysis
- General administration and support
