**About the role**
Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the vision and strategy of product lines across all channels, from direct to advice and bank assurance.
With your experience in large, complex, and highly regulated environments and your ability to manage all areas of the business, you will develop and deliver products that meet our customers' evolving needs.
You will take the initiative to mentor, support, and enhance your leadership skills while empowering others to reach their potential. Be a key driver in cultivating a strong, thriving team.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with your Head of Product to define the vision and establish strategies for your product line portfolio.
- Optimize the entire product lifecycle to drive success across all product lines, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from inception to market
- Craft an inspiring product roadmap for the product lines you oversee.
- Explore innovative opportunities for market and product development to drive growthDiscover and understand customer needs and emerging trends to elevate our future product lines
**To be successful and grow in this role you will ideally bring the following**
- Proven product management expertise developed within the insurance industry.
- Skilled at diving into data to unveil insights and discover exciting product opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing change, ensuring effective delivery from research and design through to build and implementation.
- Skilled at identifying customer needs and crafting attractive product solutions that resonate with them.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and strategically manage stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
