**Team Summary**

Go-To-Market (GTM) and Commercialisation is part of Visas product division, driving a holistic approach to product, service and system design as well as leading the incubation of new solutions in market. We work cross functionally to support the land and expand delivery approach to scale sustainably across our business, clients and partners in Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Delivery Manager to join our team who is curious, continuously adapting, and excited to work on products that touch millions of people and businesses globally every day.

**What a strategic client focused Product Delivery Manager at Visa does**:
As the dedicated Senior Product Delivery Manager for one of our most valued strategic clients, you will be the go-to-person for the client on our products and solutions. You will identify and execute on the biggest customer problem or business opportunity, aligned with the client on our joint overarching strategy and mission. You will have ownership over the product roadmap and deliver activities that are critical for its success.

You’ll work closely with the Client relationship team and Product functions to support the client across the suite of products and solutions we offer from network and platforms, data, and risk, to consumer solutions.

This role would ideally suit someone who is comfortable not only managing large programs of work but also someone who has a desire to roll up their sleeves and ensure our products and solutions are delivering to the needs of clients in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

- Actively participate, drive and execute against client and Visa plan objectives through digital initiatives including but not limited to the working across consumer credit, consumer debit, commercial, small business and prepaid product teams: optimise current state of the business, digital product development and consulting, data analytics, tracking and reporting on product usage and growth.
- Establish and maintain positive, beneficial, and constructive relationships with the client stakeholders.
- Facilitate and direct internal Visa design, delivery and operations in response to specific client requests and ensure delivery of support to our client as and when required.
- Ensure ongoing assessment and development of CVPs across all products and find ways to enhance product value through digital-first experiences
- Initiate and manage product research for the client’s product teams through use of both client and Visa analytical tools to make proactive recommendations to the client’s management.
- Develop tool kits and comprehensive case studies demonstrating Visa best practices across the product suite to the client.
- Develop and manage product reporting for our client.
- Coordinate and present relevant business development and product implementation opportunities to the client.
- Drive specific product adoption, volume, and revenue targets with the client.
- Develop market analyses and product development strategies.
- Bring global best practices and thought leadership to initiatives and interactions with the client.
