Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Wealth team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take a step in their career towards a leadership position. You may be a current Senior Product Manager looking for a new challenge or a change of scenery. Perhaps you're an experienced Product Manager looking to take a step up to a senior level role and manage the day to day work of a small team.

We are looking for someone passionate about wealth products, wanting to help colleagues and customers understand the power of setting longer term goals and working towards them.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our Head of Product - Wealth (who you'd report to), and he let us know the following about the role.

**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with a range of people across customer facing and manufacturing business units
- Understanding and improving the ways in which wealth products are included in customer conversations
- Understanding and implementing changes to wealth product processes, in light of the Bank's updated advice conversation process
- Ensuring that digital processes for wealth products are simple and effective for customers
- Ensuring that features and benefits of BNZ's wealth products are well understood by colleagues and communicated to customers.
