This Senior Product Manager role plays a central part in bringing these possibilities to life for customers and colleagues alike.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**

We sat down with our Head of Product - Wealth (who you'd report to), and he let us know the following about the role.

**What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Lead your stream of the team, including running the workflow planning and prioritisation process.
- Proposition development and design - working with business partners to tune and improve the digital direct and staff assisted propositions for wealth products
- Building and maintaining relationships across BNZ, to keep wealth propositions front of mind and fit for purpose
- Being the key contact and support for colleagues within your stream - playing a key coaching and development role
- Contribute to and approve marketing material for your stream, including driving a clearer statement of BNZ's wealth value proposition in a range of different material.
