Our recruitment team is growing. We are looking for a talented and creative Recruitment Coordinator keen to help build our processes and welcome the next generation of amazing crew to Wētā. Sitting inside the Talent and Culture department, Recruitment is a motivated and passionate team that thrives on collaboration.

We employ an end-to-end recruitment process: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring. We are always looking to reach new people and attract the best talent, while strengthening existing relationships through talent management, internships and outreach initiatives.

**As a Recruitment Coordinator your role will include -**
- Identifying potential talent and flagging to relevant departments
- Liaising with departments regarding crew hiring needs
- Coordinating the recruitment process from advertising a role through to negotiating offers
- Advertising roles internally and externally
- Talent Management - Maintain open communication with talent for future opportunities

The Recruitment Coordinator role requires you to be an adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, busy environment. Being able to use your initiative, be self-motivated and adapt to change will be critical to your success. You will have a good eye for detail and excellent interpersonal and time-keeping skills to ensure a high level of service is provided, and deadlines are met.
