Our talent team in New Zealand are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join us
We are a close-knit team who are part of a wider global recruitment group, working hard to support our portfolios and solve recruitment challenges for our stakeholders.
What your day will look like:- Administering our technical and psychometric tests.- Assisting with high volume recruitment including helping run our graduate assessment centres.- Ensuring our in-house recruitment system is accurate and up to date as well as ensuring invoices are processed in a timely manner.- Participating in global talent acquisition and HR initiatives and getting involved in our recruitment focused projects.- This role could be a great stepping-stone further down the track into a Recruitment Advisor role as you will be exposed to all aspects of internal recruitment
What you will bring to the role:
- We are ideally looking for someone who has provided admin support to a busy recruitment team (inhouse or agency) but if you have worked in other admin or coordinator roles in similar environments, we are still keen to hear from you- You are organised, proactive, resilient and be able to hand high volumes of recruitment.- You’ll love working in a team, be committed to providing excellent service, and be driven to deliver awesome results for our business.- Have a collaborative style in the way you work, consultative approach, be solutions focused and quickly develop trust with our stakeholders.- You’ll possess the ability to quickly pick up new systems, technologies, and processes.
