**Position Breakdown.**

Konnect Koncepts is searching for a new Recruitment Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term basis for six months This is an exciting fulltime opportunity, where you can nurture your skills in the outsourced recruitment space.
- As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will cement yourself within a growing team of recruitment professionals, dedicated to providing a fast and efficient service to our diverse clientele. Our clients come first, and you will work hard to build long-lasting relationships that compliment the recruitment process. You will dabble in all areas of the recruitment cycle, from advertising and phone screening, to interview booking and reference checking.
- We service our clients through a unique, hybrid work mode that blends a healthy WFH policy with a dollop of office-life and the opportunity to go onsite with clients.**Skills & Experience Required.**
- At least two years experience in a customer-facing role.
- A background in recruitment/HR is preferred, but not essential.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and ICT-based communication skills.
- The ability to connect with people from different walks of life.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, & managing numerous activities.
