Our client markets a range of electric power tools and outdoor power equipment under their brand and a related range of accessories and spare parts. They are a wholesale supplier and trades only business to business in New Zealand.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager you will also have regular contacts with the customers, sales team, marketing team, warehouse, credit control, and service department.
Your position's purpose will be to maintain and enhance customer services by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure flawless orders and inquiries processing.

Located in Hobsonville, Auckland they operate from 8:00am - 5:00pm 5 days a week. This role is paying a salary between 55K - 58K.

**Requirements**:

- Receive incoming phone calls regarding services and products.
- Key in orders into computer system.
- Provide technical advice on product.
- Follow up on deliveries to customers.
- Other duties as required by management

**Relevant skills**:

- A can do attitude;
- Fast and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional communication skills over the phone.
- Good knowledge of MS Office software.
- Technical acumen and fast learning ability.
